- Meet & Greet: A 30-minutes introductory session to get your cat comfortable with grooming.

Requirements | What Should I Prepare?
Service Requirements
- Healthy microchipped cats with updated Feline Rhinotracheitis Virus/Herpesvirus 1, Calicivirus, Panleukopenia (FVRCP) vaccinations. Annual titer test reflecting immunity of Rhinotracheitis Virus/Herpesvirus 1, Calicivirus, Panleukopenia is also acceptable.
- Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV) and Chlamydia vaccines are not compulsory as they are not part of a cat’s core vaccinations. Clinically, they have been known to cause some severe side effects, but you can still opt to continue to give your cat these vaccinations if required.
- Healthy microchipped cats who are on the appropriate parasite prevention (heartworm, intestinal worm, flea & tick)
- Cats with fleas and ticks are not allowed
What Should I Prepare?
- A variety of your cat’s favourite reinforcers (i.e. food, toys, other stuff like you!) to bring along for grooming sessions.
- If you have your cat’s personal tools, shampoo or towel and prefer for us to use them, please bring them along too.
- We will call / text you as soon as we have an estimate on when your cat would be ready. Please retrieve your cat punctually at the informed pickup time.
- Late pickup charges apply from thirty minutes beyond the informed pickup time. Overnight boarding charges apply if your cat is not picked up after our operating hours. More information here.
How Does It Work?
Step 1: Application.
If you are a new grooming client, please contact us below. We will be in touch once we have assessed the information that you have submitted. You may be asked to provide more details for us to recommend the best possible option for you and your cat. Please note that we will take as much time as your cat needs to feel comfortable in our grooming studio. In some scenarios such as if your cat is showing excessive signs of stress, we may terminate the session early, meaning it may take more than one session to complete your cat. If your cat is extremely anxious at the groomer, we may then decide to work in small sessions rather than grooming your cat all at one time.
Step 2: Meet-and-Greet.
Getting to know you and your cat is the first step. A 5 to 10-minute studio visit will be scheduled. During the visit, we will introduce your cat to his or her creative team and our grooming studio. We may ask you to join our sessions to help your cat ease into the grooming environment. If your cat show signs of excessive fear, anxiety and stress, additional meet-and-greet sessions might be advised before moving on to the next step. On the other hand, if your cat seems comfortable with our grooming setup, we will continue to the next step.
Step 3: A Strong Core.
Slow and steady is our strategy for this important third segment. We typically begin with individual core processes to slowly introduce and condition your cat to our grooming processes. This also helps us to determine your cat’s sensitivities and preferences. It is integral that we constantly monitor your cat’s fear, anxiety, and stress levels to ensure that they are not over threshold or within acceptable levels before escalating in the intensity of our grooming processes.
Step 4: Touch to Refresh. Then to Pure and, Beyond.
Success and proficiency in individual processes is our criteria to progress on to complete grooming processes. An approximate average is taken from the first few complete sessions to form our baseline for the state of your cat’s physical and emotional health.
Step 5: Perpetual Happiness!
It is our mission and hope that you and your cat enjoy grooming more and more each time you visit our grooming studio. Therefore, we diligently keep and update accurate individualised grooming records to ensure that you and your cat stays happy and healthy. As any changes in your cat’s behaviour could signify medical, physical, or behavioural symptoms or future problems, we will diligently watch for any slightest change in your cat and report them to you. We will need your help to work together to ensure that your cat’s physical and mental well-being stays prioritised – and will continue to leave our studio with a great haircut, calm mind, and happy heart!
