Terms & Conditions

1. 1. Reviews are to be posted on Google My Business.
   2. Review must be made by a legitimate customer who has purchased our products or services with a valid invoice number.
   3. To qualify for Product e-Vouchers, customers must attach 1 photo or more regarding their experience on the Review.
   4. To qualify for Service e-Vouchers, customers must write a minimum of 10 words regarding their experience on the Review.
   5. Product and Service e-Vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of review.
   6. To redeem your e-Vouchers, please kindly inform our Team before making payment online or in-person at any of our Campuses.
   7. Review discount cannot be stacked with any other promotions, trade-in programs or any other gift vouchers.
   8. No refund will be given and these e-vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
   9. Pawrus reserves the right to add, delete and/or vary any of these terms and conditions at any time, at its absolute discretion.
   10. In the event of a dispute, Pawrus’s decision shall be final, conclusive and binding.
