Of course, I would highly recommend pet owners to bring their beloved pets to the new campus for grooming sessions. Having gone through experiences with different groomers, my husband & I are most relieved to have found Jasline. Our 5yo toy poodle is always excited and most comfortable during her grooming sessions with Jasline. It’s more than a groomer-client r/ship – we find Jasline doting and caring for Phoebe like her own pet. And with that, we know that we can leave our Phoebe in her good hands during each session. She is meticulous and experienced; taking the time to get to know my dog’s temperament before starting the session to the final touch ups after the bath. Our little Hayley (Rough collie) just turned One Year and so we decided to get Hayley a nice professional hair cut and grooming. After checking out various pet groomer, we decided to engage Pawrus to do house call full grooming for Hayley so that Hayley will be totally stressed free in her own familiar environment. Pawrus is very professional in their services, they got all the necessary equipment required for the grooming, and the entire session was done very professionally. They are very patient in handling their animal client and we are very rest assured to let them handle our precious baby. Entire process took 4 hours to groom, bath, dry and trim, and not a single time I see them resting, and they always explained clearly what they are doing at that moment of time, to ensure we know what was going on and so we can be assured that Hayley was in good hands. And of course, finally the result of Hayley full grooming was perfectly done, and we will definitely engage Pawrus for their full grooming service again!

My 7 month old Morkie puppy (Bear) has done 3 full grooming sessions with Jasline. Only her patience and professional handling can make my pup fall asleep while grooming! lol. We are so grateful we found Jasline to groom our 14 week old puppy Chip! She is very patient & caring and gave us some great tips how to look after our puppy! It’s was really convenient that she used to be able to come to our home with all the necessary tools. Already after her 2nd visit we can see much improvement and less anxiety in Chip. Kevin not only explained it well theoretically but also demonstrated a force-free/clicker training towards Thunder. Kevin helped me understand my dogs behavioral issues from my dog’s point of view and I feel like after our sessions I have a better understanding of Hershey. He uses positive reinforcement in his training and his professional methods are very systematic and easy (step-by-step). Kevin was patient throughout the training sessions, and was able to effectively communicate the nurturing ways of training our individualistic Shiba Inu without the need to raise our voice. Compared to previous training experiences at another training center whereby shock/tightening collars were used, we are much more comfortable with the method of training utilised by Kevin. Instead of using a commanding tone, a softer approach was used. Thank you and we look forward to the next session!

We enrolled our dachshund puppy in the Puppy Start Right Preschool programme. Kevin and Jasline were both very passionate and dedicated to equipping us with the right tools to curb our puppy’s nipping and jumping as well as to manage his barking. Kevin’s attention to detail and ability to think of creative solutions to overcome training “roadblocks” helped to bring out our puppy’s potential. Just completed Puppy Start Right Course for my 6- months old Westie, Tammie. This is really an excellent course to go through. We signed our pup for the Puppy Start Right Preschool course in Apr 2018. We’ve been with Pawrus since then and our pup has gone on to complete Fluency and Proofing Foundations (Intermediate), and Adolescent to Adult Canine Companion (Advanced) courses. What made us choose Pawrus was their premise of a force-free approach to create an obedient and well-behaved dog. Kevin and Jasline provided us with plenty of information and educated us on what we needed to do. To help take away the stress which may accompany in the care for a young pup, they would provide advice to us in small, manageable ways. What we really loved about AACC was that we got to complete a painting together with Butter. We did a behaviour consultation for our adopted senior springer spaniel as he seemed to be showing signs of separation anxiety. Kevin was able to give us some real insight into our dog’s behaviour, including his toy preferences, and leave us with some useful management tips. Kevin definitely knows what he’s talking about and has both the owner’s and the pet’s interests at heart. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kevin and Jasline as a knowledgeable, experienced and helpful team.

Put our five-month-old Golden Retriever, Pudding, through the Start Right programme recently, and it helped immensely. Strangely for a Goldie, Pudding is less expressive than most, but he has picked up on a lot of what Kevin has taught relatively quickly. I’d recommend this to any new dog owner. Kevin’s patience and obvious love for dogs are infectious, and his handouts and attention to detail have helped immensely. Pudding finds the training sessions a load of fun, and he is beginning to do the things he has been taught instinctively – we can’t wait till he fulfils his potential! Andre and I, together with our French bulldog, Button, took the Good Dog Manners+ class with Kevin and Jasline. We were concerned not only about how to raise Button right, but also how to navigate new waters as first-time pet owners. Kevin and Jasline run a well-structured and clear course, and their sunny disposition engages humans and pets alike. Kevin was prompt in responding to WhatsApp messages whenever we encountered problems and was able to come up with practical solutions (a godsend for first-time owners). We just adopted a visually-impaired dog Merlot and we’re first time dog owners. We also had a little 4 year old with us. When my little one goes to pat Merlot, she turns around as if she were going to snap at Ashley so we decided to engage Kevin and Jasline for a behaviour consultation on how to handle Merlot while keeping our Daughter safe. Kevin was very patient and observant even as he was talking to me, taught us very important tips on how to approach a visually-impaired dog and how to correct her peeing accidents in the house. For the first time, all of us had a peaceful sleep at night because Merlot will cry really loud at night without me around. We thoroughly enjoyed the training sessions as Kevin has always been systematic as well as flexible in delivering the curriculum to suit our puppy’s needs.
